My post was directed to Cassandra and was intended to help her understand the mechanics of the Letter of Credit, and just how significant this type of arrangement is to e.Digital [allows the Company to negotiate contracts without having to fund them] !!! She brought the "line of credit" into our discussion where it does not even belong ... there is no either, or !! Also, there may have been others who didn`t fully comprehend its significance ... did you ever think of that ?!? ... and just for the record, I sure would hate to try and collect my due from someone who shook my hand and said he would pay me with his line of credit, especially if he resides on the other side of the Pacific !!
handshake - n. a gripping and shaking of each other`s hand in greeting, farewell, promise, sealing a bargain, etc.
