Raymond James calls it desperate. It does not matter what Intel does, some analysts will hate it.

Think of it as a gift-discount to fair value if you disagree. Risk/reward looks ok here at these price levels IMHO.

Undoubtedly the worst analyst of all time, the guy who slapped a $40 price target on NVDA when it was already over-priced and bloated in the $20s. Best contrarian indicator ever ;-).

I've come to the conclusion that the analysts either don't understand or don't believe Intel when they've explained the economics of semiconductor manufacturing at Intel over and over again.

The analysts are either too stupid or have malicious intent. I suspect that as a group it's a combination of both.

I contrast this with their willingness to gobble up and repeat almost anything the other manufactures will vomit up.
