Actually, WPNV should be trading way over $0.20 and Xtreme did an awesome job adding value here - this issue u are not addressing is the dilution from the company through toxic financing - more shares downward pressure on the price - if the share structure was the same, prices would be way over 0.20 - blame the company here and only the company!!!!
