Then how can everything Elite be put forward with such finality and no room for failure? I do agree with your assessment that there is no room for failure for Elite and smaller companies in general. There is no talk about 5-7 years such as one of your earlier posts....it is all going to be the shorter of tomorrow. I believe that the next spike into the $.10X, I am gone no matter what...losses and I am sure anything less than a now low $.12X will be a loss; my one account with near $.16 average will be a sure loss but I am not counting that one anymore. I swear though, Elite with have an ART in twelve months. Do you believe that?

So now you subject posters to the view that ELTP will more than likely be sued because they will misstep. I do not thing so. The technology can just as easily be licensed by big pharm too once it get past the FDA.
