Melgarejo seems to be real from the time he spent on the ground with his primative rig getting gold by the river. That might go a way with the natives in getting some cooperation. The mine in idaho Falls also has some value as the price of gold goes up.
Somebody should call this guy as he has seen the mine and loves to talk. Told me it could be profitable for the guy with the right political connections. BUT he is hard to catch.
