No, you are misunderstanding me. I'm wanting him to start using our system. He's not right now.

They have this file they are passing around. Everytime somebody wants a copy, they post on the board their e-mail and Jim individually goes into his e-mail program (on his personal computer), types in their e-mail, attaches the file, and sends it to them. He's doing this upwards of 200-300 times.

So my suggestions was to use the e-mail list we offer and he simply has to push it one time for everybody.

This effectively cleans up the board from those requests and saves Jim hours of time.

I have got myself another e-mail address on attbi but haven't figured out yet how to get my mail or configure outlook to retrieve mail. If I can do this I figure when I get requests for a pdf file I could click on respond to all and attach the file. Does that sound like it would solve the problem?
