Quite the contrary, IMO...

I believe this has profit written all over it. I see an aggressive management team, aggressive acquisitions and contracts, several of which have decent revenue and some of which add to the future of the company. Most of all, APPZ has an aggressive ceo, a guy that is out in the fray making things happen, has won awards, has his heart in the right place and seems to have a lot of integrity from what I can tell. I guess you did not read the article did you? There is no talk of merger. Did you forget that Mnster Arts now does consulting for businesses looking to do Kickstarter fundraising. Looks like money coming in to me.
