I hear ya. I am not happy about getting in today at .22 and losing 900 bucks. I just wanted to know the nature of the complaint you were going to make and exactly what violations they actually did.
Years ago I worked at NASD and remember when they created NASD Regulation (part of today's FINRA). The CRD (Central Registration Depository) is a HUGE database with all the disciplinary information on Member Firms as well as Registered Reps who work for them. They do take complaints very seriously there and issue fines when investigations prove a company or individual has acted unlawfully. Good luck with that!
