Kim is trying to get China to pull the plug on a satirical video [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUgEmezpS_E (above, as embedded)] that, with some not-so-subtle digital trickery, shows him dancing, running, getting poked in the butt by a rocket and more, all set to catchy music. He also gets repeatedly pranked -- often by President Barack Obama.
Naturally, China has been unable to help because once something is online, it's online forever. And Kim doesn't seem to know Rule 19 of the Internet [ http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Rule%2019 ]: The more you hate it, the stronger it gets.
North Korea shows US Soldiers & Obama burning by nuclear test North Korea Shows Barack Obama In Flames Video Barack Obama in flames in new North Korea video Barack Obama in flames in new North Korea video
North Korea has published another inflammatory propaganda video - this time showing US President Barack Obama and American soldiers in flames.
Just weeks on since the country published a video depicting a US city resembling New York engulfed in flames after an apparent missile attack, Pyongyang has now released a new clip including scenes supposed to show President Obama on fire.
The video also shows US soldiers engulfed in flames and seemingly ends with a reference to North Korea's recent nuclear test.
"North Korea has succeeded in proceeding with this nuclear test despite the United States' increasingly unfair bully activities against North Korea," some of the clip's captions read, according to North Korea news.
Hosted by a website known to distribute state sponsored video, other captions on the clip attack the US for having no respect for others, or for equality and ends by stating, "the people are watching. America should answer."
According to US news site Global Post, the soundtrack to the video comes from the Elder Scrolls Oblivion, a video game.
Weeks after a North Korean video showed an American city razed and ablaze, the hermit kingdom has reportedly released another inflammatory piece of propaganda.
A new video apparently published Sunday shows American soldiers and U.S. President Barack Obama engulfed in flames, with the sequence ending in a simulated nuclear test. According to GlobalPost, the inspirational soundtrack accompanying the footage comes from the Elder Scrolls Oblivion video game series.
"North Korea has succeeded in proceeding with this nuclear test despite the United States' increasingly unfair bully activities against North Korea," part of the videos captions read, according to North Korea news. The captions also go on to say that The U.S. has no respect for others, nor appreciation for equality.
"The people are watching. America should answer," the video concludes.
The YouTube channel of Uriminzokkiri, a website distributing news and propaganda by North Korea's state-run media, is hosting the latest propaganda video. The site also published a similar video earlier in February that showed an American city in flames following an apparent missile attack [last item below].
The international community has recently increased pressure on Pyongyang in response to its December rocket launch and its latest nuclear test in February.
North Korean seems undeterred, however, and North Korean diplomats upped their rhetoric on Tuesday by threatening neighbor South Korea with "final destruction" during a meeting on disarmament at the United Nations. "As the saying goes, a new-born puppy knows no fear of a tiger. South Korea's erratic behavior would only herald its final destruction," North Korean diplomat Jon Yong Ryong said at the meeting, according to Reuters.
with Oblivion Soundtrack " North Korea has succeeded in proceeding with this nuclear test despite the United States' increasingly unfair bully activities against North Korea. That United States that has no respect to others nor appreciation to equality... It is not incorrect to state that the United States strong hostility policy and endless violence toward North Korea in the past 70 years has helped North Korea become one of the world's strongest military power states. Words spoken by the United States, a country that uses the law of jungle as the law of survival for fitness, is meaningless. As a result, North Korea's high level nuclear test conducted against American imperialist invaders is a nuclear deterrent that protects our sovereignty. Thus, the United States has practically guided North Korea towards nuclear testing and therefore needs to be considered as an American virtue. North Korea's third underground nuclear test! Let it be known once more that this is strictly our practical counter-measure for North's safety and to protect its sovereignty from the aggressors. It is also a solemn warning that time is no longer on the side of the United States. The people are watching. America should answer."
In "The Interview," starring Franco as a TV host and Rogen as his producer, the two are sent to North Korea to assassinate supreme leader Kim Jong Un.
"The act of making and screening such a movie that portrays the attack on our top leadership... is a most wanton act of terror and act of war, and is absolutely intolerable [ https://au.news.yahoo.com/entertainment/a/24318976/n-korea-says-kim-assassination-comedy-an-act-of-terror/ ]," a foreign ministry spokesman said in a statement cited by AFP. He also threatened a "resolute and merciless response" if the film is not banned by the U.S. government.
The response comes days after Kim Myong Chol, executive director of The Centre for North Korea-U.S. Peace and an "unofficial spokesman" for the regime, also denounced the film.
"There is a special irony in this storyline as it shows the desperation of the U.S. government and American society [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/21/north-korea-the-interview_n_5517579.html ]," Kim Myong Chol said. "A film about the assassination of a foreign leader mirrors what the U.S. has done in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Ukraine. And let us not forget who killed [President John F.] Kennedy -- Americans. In fact, President [Barack] Obama should be careful in case the U.S. military wants to kill him as well."
The Interview opens in theaters on October 10th, 2014.
Cast: James Franco, Seth Rogen, Lizzy Caplan, Randall Park
In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show "Skylark Tonight." When they discover that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the two least-qualified men imaginable, to assassinate Kim Jong-un.

"North Korea has promised 'merciless' retaliation if a forthcoming Hollywood movie about killing Kim Jong-un is released, say agencies.
A North Korean foreign ministry spokesman said in state media that the movie's release would be an "act of war".
He did not mention the title, but a Hollywood movie called The Interview with a similar plot is due in October.
Hollywood actors James Franco and Seth Rogen star in the action-comedy film.
Rogen, who is also one of the directors of The Interview, has since responded on Twitter saying: "People don't usually wanna kill me for one of my movies until after they've paid 12 bucks for it."
Franco and Rogen play a talkshow host and his producer who are invited to interview Kim Jong-un, and are subsequently recruited by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to assassinate the leader." *

"Last night, I had such a wonderful dream. I found myself rising high into space riding the "Eunha 9" rocket. In happiness and excitement, the spaceship "Kwangmyungsong 21" separated, and was flying into the grand and endless space. From onboard, I could see beautiful colors and stark contrast [of the outside]. I was about to press the button to take a picture as I was heading toward our perfectly green earth, a shining star in the midst of the darkness. Suddenly, through the camera lens, the image of the unification flag blowing over our one unified country crops up. Even I weep as I hold tightly to that camera, concerns rushing over me. In America, I can see black smoke. It seems like the devil's nest that habitually caused wars of invasion and persistence are finally burning under the fire that I have caused. The free and peaceful world and the magnificent and awe-striking space seem to be blessing our spaceship "Kwangmyungsong 21." Dear viewers, think about this. Korea's spaceship flying through space, to the backdrop of the brightly-lit sun and space. I am certain that my dream will come true. Even the complete ending of the imperialists schemes. Seeing our Bakedu Mountain country prospering strongly under reunification, they will not be able to prevent our people from going forward towards a final victory." - translation by NKNews
