Using Congressional terminology and definitions, the term “United States” routinely used in the Internal Revenue Code means only the District of Columbia, the U.S. Territories, including the federalized municipal sub-corporations, aka, (States (capital "S"), as they were converted to after the Bankruptcy in 1933 in order to limit liability for the debt for the Civil and WW1 to foreign banking interests.) and the government’s insular possessions; i.e.; forts, enclaves, federal buildings, etc. It does not mean the 50 states (note small letter "s") of the Union comprising the Constitutional Republic which is the legitimate, de jure government which has been set side and replaced withOUT the American People's explicit approval for over 142 YEARS!
This is an easily discernable fact when you look at section 7408(d) (http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/7408) of the Internal Revenue Code.

I think it's becoming VERY clear just WHO the de facto government serves. If you haven't figured this out YET, you are in for a VERY rude awakening in the next 60-90 days I believe.

You been bent over and lubed up all your life. Told lie, after lie, after lie. Serving a government like a feudalist serf that doesn't have ANY interest beyond "appearances" of serving the interests of the American People.

They have indiscernably poisoned our air, water and foods, corrupted our money, finagled our economy, stolen our wealth, property and heritage. They have altered the electro-magnetic pulses that control the web of ALL of biological life. Made us unknowing guinea pigs in their toxic and radioactive experiments on population and social control. In fact, I can't think of one thing these bastard have done that hasn't served THEIR interests first. If that doesn't make YOU mad, I don't know what will.

Now, because of what has been done, I believe we can count the remaining generations on one hand...
