All of the shares issued were restricted stock and have not hit the float. One year restriction so will not hit the float til mid 2014

Didn't the dilution happen in April sometime?

That's when the PPS went from .04 to over .10, right?

Not really quite sure dilution is in play here anymore. Don't think we can say "I think the PPS would be .14 today if the dilution didn't happen." right?
