10% is a big deal for Microsoft but not for a penny stock. Penny stocks routinely have double digit percentage swings because they are penny stocks. Its also not a big deal when you take into consideration a nearly 2000% increase over the past 10 months for VPLM. A 10% step back is just not a big deal.
