They're going to need them. The 475m that has been touted since the rs is probably already gone: we just haven't heard about it yet.

If Joe can keep this above no bid he'll be able to milk another couple hundred thousand out of this before the next rs. That's a big IF. I just don't see management willing/able to work for free long enough to sell that many shares.

My earlier math was correct on the conversion of the A's. When I did it the other day I was doing it from memory and got the conversion wrong.

Using a current OS of 200M, and the 2092 OS of A's, if converted one at a time they would convert into 2.01593x10^25 common shares, or about 20 trillion trillion shares.

That's assuming they don't need to further dilute to cover debt or operating expenses and increase the OS for that as well...;-)
