Aquantum Inc formed by Howard Phykitt was dissolved effective 9-2-2010 according to the NC Secretary of State -- ownership of "Aspir-Tek" by Aquantum sounds fishy to me unless another Aquantum Inc. has been formed in a different state but not yet registered to do business in NC
