ASCM represents a dilutor known for providing companies with ATM (at the market offerings) so maybe there is dilution and not some random shareholder selling?

They need to come up with money for transactions somehow.

The question is: Did the company receive any money or was it just someone trying to get out of some position?
I have seen ASCM run some ATM offerings before. And they are usually pretty playable. BUT, this looks like maybe they are just providing support.
I once exposed what ASCM does and soon thereafter they changed their website and removed a news story about their ATM offerings.
