Yes oldman, I too wish to know exactly what it is the SEC has found. We need real facts, not just assumptions we hear on this board. People need to provide factual links along with their assumptions.
I read the SEC statement about suspending bgmo and it didn't say how far along they have gotten with the investigation or anything about what exactly they have found. Maybe they just read a few of those past 63 pr's along with receiving many complaints from people like bornking, then they just figured this guy Herzog has to be lying. Boom, stock suspended until they meet with Herzog for him to explain all this to them. They will simply let HH entrap himself in the upcoming meetings if bgmo is nothing but a scam.
Its so darn hard to find anything out about bgmo other than what Herzog puts in his pr's. IMO the SEC has told HH to gather up all his stuff and present it to them and PROVE what he says in those pr's is true. Once they pull themselves up off the floor from laughing, then we may finally know some real answers.
