investment in Quasar Aerospace. QASP has been dilluting itself at

an incredible rate over the last 6 months. There is a question as to

whether or not QASP subsidiary A-Cent Aviation is even still in

business. And there is ZERO verification from the

Government about claims that Quasar has passed

it's final inspection for SEVIS certification.
