couple of things on this news today:
go back and REREAD the post i am replying to:.....ask yourself AGAIN.......why back out on a deal?.........well quite simply, the post below referred to the new auditors: child, van wagoner and bradshaw........if we will remember, in january, they UPGRADED from smith and company, and went with the larger, "naz qualified", firm............at the time, i stated that this improved the quality of reporting and auditing, i felt..........well obviously, these guys found something that wasnt quite up to snuff and found a loophole and bailed.........GREAT,i say!..........they get more bang for the buck by doing it themselves, and dispensing with the dvdave thingy!.........top notch auditing imo!.........
this is not uncommon to ink a deal and then the due diligence finds some unknown factor which causes some grief........you only get that with first rate audits!!!!........if the grief causes too dam much heartburn, which apparently, it did.....you take matters into your own hands, bail on the deal and just DO IT YOURSELF!............and this is exactly what happened, as pr'd today!........
now here is the really interesting part, .........lol........for some unknown reason, some of our brethern found this whole thing to be a huge NEGATIVE........beats the hell outta me how they came to this conclusion, but they did.......one guy gets nervous, another watches the first guy get nervous, and then when the third guy gets nervous.....then we have a full blown, well orchestrated nervous nelly session.....in FULL BLOOM, complete with selloffs, bashing, and crying!........holy cow, what am i missing...........why hast thou shown such great pleasure in selling me shares at .0085, oh dear one?........lol
