You speak in generalities and hypothetical possibilities regarding facts yet with certainties without facts. I must consider all possibilities here or anywhere I am invested. So let's begin my DD training. Question 1: Did Minerco Resources get three alternative energy projects in return for shares in this company which, currently, 2 of 3 returned shares to them in full along with 6-10% royalties for their roles/work on getting entitlements and approvals for those projects thereby not costing them a single share for those royalties? Answer: yes. In fact, there must be work done in order to receive those approvals. Scams do not have people that work towards a goal other than selling shares. You of all people should know that. Question 2: Does the working with, for, or around someone who may be shady, morally corrupt, evil, etc, automatically take away credibility from that person in terms of moral compass, work ethic, or general business sense? Answer: of course not. We all find ourselves working with, for , or around someone we find corrupt and yet it doesn't corrupt us. By that logic, everyone is corrupt. Question 3: Has John Powers said anything that he did not do or did he do something he did not say? Answer: yep, once. He said that Level 5 was a secondary business line for Minerco Resources so as to get revenues in the short term to help finance the companies long term alternative energy business. Since that has been said, they realize how profitable as well as time consuming this business is going to be and have since decided to focus solely on Level 5 which I whole heartedly agree with. Other than that, he has been completely honest and has met every goal on time or early.

You think you can google search someone to determine who they are and I must say that if reading people were that easy, no one would get scammed. Since we know that argument is BS, we must conclude that you know nothing of the man aside from where he used to work and who he used to work for or with and you may know those people very well but they have no bearing here in this business. If you believe that my statement is false, I challenge you to prove to me and everyone here how he is nothing more than a puppet for criminals. If you can prove this, I'll sell every share. Until then, I will be buying.

IMO this Elder man of wisdom John F. Powers Jr. has the skills to pay the bills. Eric Cousens was trying to establish a place in Belize?, way out of Tx/NH jurisdiction so putting it on $MINE doesnt make sense to me, how hes connected in our Current times, 2013 era.

is not registered in west palm florida, so i dont see how you are connecting cousen with $MINE and Mr. Powers, i dont think he got a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration to make deals with shady people.

even if they did buy this busniess plan from some one else it doesnt give cousen full control over $MINE, if Eric Cousens was the CEO and CFO of Minerco resouces i would sell off everything and run away from this company, but hes not on the administration board of directors, that im aware of.

i wonder if anyone can provide a paystub that eric gets from Minerco? probably not..but thats just my Opinion.

let me state this:

I would never sell my shares which I bought with my hard earned money based on a crusader who only want the benefit of the inverstors( right).. and he or she has nothing absolutely nothing to gain, posing daily like its a job( hint) trying to drag this stock in the mud but its never going to happen
