So, the wording of the EULA has to be changed and they have to fix the install without consent mistake and they have to add the already available uninstaller to the CD. Otherwise, you are already able to make copies of the music (I did not see anywhere in the settlement that limits or restrictions could not be placed on the number of copies allowable in the future), you are able to move the music to an ipod(the settlement did not specify that Apple had to open up their DRM, just that it can be transferred – which it can), and it has to be reviewed by independent security firms. No big changes and no big road blocks.
