Great summary of the situation, it's always the bigger picture that needs to be kept in mind. This stock is easily manipulated because most are so easily distracted.

While they're all busy rolling around in the cage, the Courts will be bopping them all on their heads with a gavel, and we've got front row seats :-)

The GSEs under the FHFA conservatorships are pawns in a fighting chess match for political power and economic control by a number of nameable figures, agencies and institutions who are playing hardball. The match has just started and we have gone a few rounds. There is way more to come. It will be MMA style cage fighting and not boxing. Everything goes.

Actually I was just reading how there's no way they will get much further on the reform with the budget crunch coming up, and then the elections. In the mean time, the GSEs will have the money ready for net zero. Bernanke will be forced to testify on the 5th amendment issue regarding the AIG suit setting precedent, and the Court will download guidance to the terms of any reform. In fact, he may deem the seizure completely illegal.

Courts are on fast track today too. These cases fly with today's technologies in place. For the most part these cases have been brewing for 5 years so most of the decisions have already been made, and it's just a matter of routing out the witnesses.

I find it interesting that while all this is going on, the attorney general has put wall street on notice that he will be pursuing civil, and criminal charges against all involved that created the market crash of 08. The same crash that took down Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Certainly the GSE's are clear of such wrong doing as they've settled more than a few suits against the banksters, and have been under control of the FAHA since the crash. Of course, the FAHA has access to all the GSEs books that prove they were more like victims of the crash along with the taxpayer, and general population.

LOL, these schitzos actually want control, and willing to fight for it? Then let the bodies hit the floor ;-)
