Yes, but all those links were book marked on my crashed computer so although all data was salvaged, I have to rely on my memory for what the links contained. Blue, or Obit probably has it stashed away somewhere.

LOLZ, there's probably 20 fresh links a day to be logged on the GSE's. I just keep the ones I feel are key. Hopefully someone can repost that detail because I'd like to bookmark it again myself.

If I remember correctly, it was vaguely defined but structured so that upon exercising the warrants the Senior Position was dissolved. Basically, the option was intended to be collateral against the investment should the GSEs go BK which obviously has not happened.

Yes. Treasury can exercise its warrant for up to 79.9% of the common stock of each GSE on a fully diluted basis at any time during the 20-year life of the warrant.
