So what! It is meaningless to consider the VWAC on a penny stock on a low volume day. It pretty much indicates a low volume day with some sells at the bid. In fact, that one sell at the bid for 150,000 shares for .023 caused it. It was 1/3 of the volume with a lower than average price. When the volume picks up and the MM’s stop selling at the bid that value will go up. LOL!
