I agree with your thoughts... and, I hope you can agree that the management has been an absolute disgrace in their lack of transparency, honesty and updates... and their apparent disregard for the rights of shareholders... add to that what may be fiscal malfeasance... and obvious mismanagement of assets... and we have a very difficult situation...
The new guys may be great... if so, I hope the current management steps down in their favor. I also hope the SEC does an in-depth investigation of the current management and their actions.
I also hope that there is still value in ALL the properties owned... and that a sale of the entire Tara complex may be accomplished to allow shareholders in both companies to recoup some of their losses and to move forward. IMO, this management team is incompetent... and very likely much worse.
