They did not celebrate a sabbath
There meetings were whenever and where
Ever it was needed and practical
As Hebrews 10:24,25 indicates -
The Jews were upset at the changes made after
Pentecost because they believed the law covenant was
Still in existence not accepting Jesus as the promise
Messiah
Even some that became Christians tried to go back to
Law covenant and so there was an issue over circumcision
As seen in acts 15
In fact Paul spent considerable time in his writings
To convince them that they were no longer under the old
Law covenant - as also per Daniel 9 -
