The other guys may or may not be mining the Fraser on their tab and NBRI receiving 20% of net smelter returns correct?
Do "returns" mean profit after expenses?
And if NBRI starts mining the Ruby before the S-1 goes effective I think everyone realizes that funding must come from somewhere, correct? I am of the opinion that mining the Ruby will require millions in funding before any returns are realized, if at all. Also, the Ruby tunnel rehab has not even been completed yet.
NBRI does have plenty of claims that were purchased when gold was cheap by today's prices and occasionally sells a couple for some proceeds.
I think the purchase of many claims when they were cheap was indeed smart and long term thinking. But realistically they cannot mine them all and indeed we have seen some sold for a source of revenue.
Contrary to popular belief I do think that Perry is highly intelligent and has been proper in his filings, for the most part. No one bats 100%. But I also see things quite different from the current majority and respect that America is a land of free thought and speech and applaud thoughtful debate.
A bit more of that and a lot less insulting based on the content of the posts would be appreciated but I realize that is not in the trader play book.
