This is what I think. I believe GnF was unprepared for the national roll-out and was swamped by alot of new subs. They probably talked to their DVD supplier and said that they need a HUGE order of DVDs. To get that huge order, GnF would have to wait a few months so the manufacturer can make them. This is where the extension comes in. I also think there were a few complaints about people not recieving movies that they purchased. Like the movies that I have not recieved. To remedy this, CC revised the agreement to let GnF prepare their distrubution centers and get their inventories up. Also, CC can audit them once the aggreement goes though to make sure their company is not back logged and they are completing all their orders in a time efficient manner. Also, CC may have a disagreement with their profit portion of subs. I just have a feeling that GnF are not the best record keepers. It's not a bad or a good thing this new filing. But one things is for sure, GnF has alot of overtime to put in to get their company up-to-speed before March. If GnF can't meet the demand, then CC will cancel in a heartbeat. 10 days notice this time.
