Susie, its amazing i have to explain this to you but here it goes. Jan 15th was supposed to be the end of the pilot program and then the National Rollout was to be begin. That has been delayed and leaves the door open for the deal to still be cancelled. Does that sound like good news to you? And if in doubt, look at the share price hahahaha
