I wouldn't consider VIX bearish until 26.5

And then, only if it reversed and went back up.

Personally, by itself, VIX isn't really that bearish until 20.

After the last 18 months, this thing could spend the next 5 years under 35% and be "normal"

And that ugly triangle-

Not bullish or bearish, just observing.

Agree 100% on VIX. The sharp drop on a very modest market bounce shows that these traders are looking for any excuse to turn bullish. Just the opposite of a market climbing a healthy wall of worry.
