In fairness, there's some legitimacy to the claim.
I don't think even one of the positive or negative reviews is real. This is not much of a big concern though, those reviews can be requested to be taken down. I personally am just admiring how one can nitpick for the fake reviews but fail to see the good side of
A. being listed on Amazon and B. having a high relevance level for certain keywords
