The DTC issue is NOT the reason for thus deplorable volume. Apparently no one had an issue unloading millions of SHAREZ over the course of a week at the end of April, which " coincidently " occurred around the time of a filing that boasted about hugely increased revenues. HOWEVER, those revenues are not real increases in cash flow, just assigned values that abused the GAAP principles in effort to vaunt a miracle success story, but the real story is smoke and mirrors.
