Now we're on the same page. At least with the shorting the stock. Might I remind you and everyone here that you just posted that there was no shorting going on here. You just said it. Now, you are saying that Asher is shorting to get shares cheaper which in turn would get them more shares. Pay attention man. They just tried that a couple weeks ago and Minerco paid them in cash. They burned themselves by shorting, what you just said they would do, and now they are manipulating the stock to cover. GAME , SET , MATCH.

They are converting debt here which is toxic financing and they are diluting to pay daily expenses and costs associated with production.

Who is "they" - no one converting debt. Please tell us which party is converting and direct us to the note from the 10Q.
