Hassan is the crooked of the crooks and the sec is not gonna be able to touch him. They don't have enough investigator's to keep up with all the "Hassan" crooks in the market.
He's just another POS scam artist from that part of the world that ends up hiding in Canada from all the investor's that he scammed and stole from.
