That was my opinion when I looked at the intro page. When I see a penny stock that claims to have a dozen irons in the fire, and no real business focus, it spells scam to me.

Those " assets" acquired were used in the revenue column to lend the impression that there was some Seminole increase in revenue, when there was NOT any Cash flow increase. "
