Me too, Peter. I hope we are drilling in the Kreyenhagen prospect by September at the latest, and when that happens an eventual rise to the pennies as a start this year.(From what others posted, this prospect has an abundance of value) But, as it relates to question #7, do you feel our share structure isn't an issue? If any dilution needs to be implemented, will it be non-toxic and are most shares restricted to begin with?(With what's lined up on the horizon, I wouldn't want to see a R/S of any kind. I received an email last week stating the company has no plans for a R/S, as I've been through 3 or 4 before.....all left the company and shareholders in a rut) If dilution is a problem, then a share buyback would seem very logical. Our book value is .20 I believe, and a few have stated we could far surpass that. Based on the assets alone--82 million barrels--at Kreyenhagen some have our PPS calculations at $1.50, conservatively.(Based on that information alone--post 20070--I hope we experience a milestone 2014)

GM, Peter G, and everybody. I just decided to stop procrastinating, and contribute to a bit of DD for myself as well as the board. Below is the email (minus my pers. details), I just sent to IR. Will post the response, as soon as I receive it.

Hi, I am a current long term investor of several mil shares (and considering buying a bit more), and I was hoping you might be able to answer a few questions.

1- Would you be able to divulge the amount of the fee(s) that GRID has paid to the state of California, in relation to the Operator Permit Application recently?
Being totally honest, the reason I ask is that it would show the degree of commitment on GRID's part moving forward with drilling in Cal.

2- What would be the earliest you would expect to know if the application is approved?

3- Can you shed any new light on expected dilution over the remainder of 2013?

4- Can you share any info concerning the latest Share Structure? (Interested in the # of investors as well, if possible).

I have read on one of the investment boards (IHub), that GRID will be releasing a PR Monday. Looking forward to it, Good luck to Grid Petroleum, and I thank you very much for your time.
Have a great day!
