I understand what you're saying. But do shareholders really know 100% of everything going on behind the scenes of ANY company?

There's risk and "imagined possibilities" anywhere/everywhere you look in the stock market. Some more than others. I think they call it risk/reward.

It's a tough voting decision either way.
