Initial (September Korea Times) article I linked had direct quotes from Samsung. There were no press releases when Samsung announced they were shipping IS95-A/B handsets with their own chipset which was the first phase of the 3 year project described in the Korean IT News, since a 1xRTT chipset for Korea must include IS95-A/B. Instead of a Press Release, Samsung announced it in a CDG DigeEvent and Perry LaForge almost dropped his teeth. That DigEvent is still on the CDG web site. You'll see handsets at KTF before you see a Press Release.
