Bernanke, wouldn't be giving a speech or presentation at a deposition. He would be answering very specific questions under oath so he would not even be able to prepare his double talk as the reason for the deposition is to remove all double talk, and determine a few simple facts about what actually happened. This wouldn't take more than a few hours IMO.
The Fed is stalling in hopes of figuring out a way to dodge this bullet... There isn't one because they've failed to infiltrate the high courts. Sorry Feds, the U.S. constitution is not for sale :-D
