The justice department will lose the appeal. The deposition would not take more than 1 day, and who keeps perpetuating the myth that Ben Bernanke is a high ranking government official. It's already been proved in court that the Federal Reserve is a private corporation, therefore the request on the basis that Ben Bernanke is a government official is false regardless of who is allowed to appoint him to the position.

This is key and likely to have long lasting implications for us as it will do much to advance our cause. The Feds know this.
