INSM has litigation issues, a relatively small addressable market (I’m not persuaded by the $1B+ prognostications), and is not all that cheap on a fully-diluted basis.
YMI is a very interesting virtual company, but as a rule I don’t like virtual companies. YMI also has a lot of moving parts for a company of its size, which makes it an unusually high-DD stock.
I’m not bearish on either of these companies—just insufficiently bullish to participate.
