When I spoke with Scottrade they told me that the pay date was indeed 8/13 but that it is all dependent on when the company and the transfer agent send out the shares. Then scottrade will process them to the rightful accounts. The guy I spoke with had no idea of time frame, said it could be today, tomorrow or a week from now, or a month really. He said usually once they receive the shares they post to the traders accounts within a few days.
