I do not think the 20,000 is on the prize money. I think it it for an employee wage judgement. Not sure, but that is my understanding.

About the question of Duane Reade. It all depends on how you look at it. A chain of drug stores in a metro area with a certain base as announced, and DD on the other board pointed to DR, then the whole thing dropped so we never had verification. Kinda like the military stores today.

And Silver is Up! I agree good news, but I think bad for the rest of the market. Silver up, to me means that the Down is starting to go down. But what do I know?
