How many delays will we see ? BCYP no way goes first. There will e a delay after delay.... wddd and blue seem to be EDVA site plays. I am wondering more and more why the site is only on these when there are so many more like it. Very little on there about Vringo, yet it is way bigger. I also woner about the EDVA sit / players/ IHUB comments, etc... Maye just oe big ploy to play people. Funny how things work behind closed doors...
As much as I dislike opinions that express a 100% certainty, ATVI will NOT prevail on its msj. Moreover, W3D has just as much chance settling their case as does BCYP. Both parties have prior settlements behind. Your BCYP looks pretty good, but I sincerely believe the W3D upside is much greater.
