Once. The promoters will catch their marks at the public boards and direct them to the private boards "to avoid the noise". That way they can work them over without people piping up with the pesky facts.
Can you show me an example of that? Any message board. A link to it. If it has happened I'll show you a promoter who doesn't have common business sense.
It's all about marketing. You place your advertising dollars where the greatest number of new blood is available.
To think they will spend the time to move them over into a private club is rediculous imo.
They only need to get them to buy once to sell into the run.
A promoter is going to promote where time and results are the greatest for their cost of marketing.
That wouldn't be taking the time to get them away from the bashers.
It would be flooding a message board with rosy posts. This is common business sense.
BTW.......... Bottom line is the investor is responsible for their own actions.
