No disagreement here! I'm kind of dreading the proxy (which we should get any day). More goodies for management and the lump of coal for the rest of us. How about giving us a pleasant surprise this year management???
Nothing will happen until BOD is expanded. Please report back on the companies listed that have 3/4 member BODs. Are they all failures? Are they worse than those with more BOD members. Are any of the companies with more than 4 BOD members under performing.
