Just passing through but thought I'd put my 2 cents in, which equals almost 67 shares, so take it for what you will.

Mike Shea is, from what I know of him, a stand up guy wrt his beliefs.

I scrapped with him many a time.

He, IMO, is not here to shear the sheeple.

He is here to build this company.

Will it take some shares sold?

Will it take a R/S?

Would this piss off SH's?

Probably, IMO.

Will he do it for quick personal financial gain?

I doubt it.

BTW, he used to post on ihub quite a bit - can get a feel for his character if you choose to.
