You are contradicting yourself.

If your answer is 'yes', then you can NOT say that "all of the predictions you saw were wrong".

If your answer is 'no', then you can NOT say, "I saw all the chart predictions made".

T/A has little use when it comes to (very) low value stocks. We do know that the F&F pps will largely depend on the unfolding of the political developments. For such stocks of low values, it mostly is getting some additional info for one's followup., I actually at times use terms like 'Technically speaking" or "Looking back, technically) etc., when posting and about the trend.

You are right in your observation. However, it can help in timing one's selling and buying... and assessing the constant changing scenario of the battle between bears and bulls. GLTY
