That recent filing by vigil for nhsh saying n had only 300 SH's contradicts the number of SH's just last year.

By like 550.

Could she have filed that if the number of SH's was over 500?

What happens to her if the SEC found out the real number of SH's was significantly higher?

I think we'll be testing new all time lows since the reverse split. And as a shareholder, I don't feel good about that at all.

The Authorized Shares will have to be increased again very soon. Rent is due at the end of the month. And revenues have never been enough to keep the doors open at Quasar Aerospace.
