Hey SS. What do you think the chances are we see a registration right after the Q. In my mind I think they wanted the company to have a bigger asset base as well as increased shareholder equity. I think immediately after the Q we will get news regarding the holiday and then I believe we will be told who the underwriter is. What's your opinion?
