You are right...my mixup with the enhanced securities...otherwise as it partains to the actual Eurocaps, my thoughts are the same. I also concur with your thoughts. The creditors of the POR receive their agreed upon recoveries (we have played out our subordinative role by waiting on them to receive that recovery) LBIE (European) creditors being paid in full....we receive the same recovery as ECAPS (in full) plus interests I would wager. There is no way around it, we would be entitled to the exact same recovery if ECAPS are fully recovered. IMHO Later Lehman holders...
